My room is turning into a library

Yesterday I went to uni to borrow books which will help me with my research about Bushnell's law. Having already borrowed one design book from last year "Challenges For Game Designers" written by Brenda Brathwaite and Ian Shreiber, it now makes it four altogether that I can read and reference.

The books I borrowed are:
Game Design - Theory & Practice, Second Edition by Richard House III
Game Design - How to Create Video and Tabletop Games, Start to Finish by Lewis Pulsipher
Game Design Perspectives - edited by Francois Dominic Laramee

I picked them carefully, making sure they talk about what players want (Rouse III), target audience and market consideration (Pulsipher) and balancing challenge without frustrating players (Laramee) so all the topics that I'm going to be covering on this blog very soon.

Whether they will prove useful in my research or not, I'll find out in the near future, as I already started developing a post about what makes a game easy to learn.
